Abstract:
The study and
application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Narrative Therapy
(NT) are essential and employed in enhancing one’s self-esteem and reducing the
depression and other problems, which are fundamental aspects in Guidance and
Counseling. Hence an Article Review has been done on “Rational Emotive Behavior
Therapy and Narrative Therapy” on the thesis submitted to Osmania University
for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in “Psychology” in March 2009.
